We start by getting to know your brand and ideas. Here's how:

  • Share Your Brief: Tell us about your products, brand message, and target audience.

  • Shot List: Provide a list of must-have images. Not sure where to start? We’ll share our easy-to-use template.

  • Visual References: Create a Pinterest board or share examples that inspire you.

  • Image Dimensions: Let us know specific ratios or formats needed for web or social media.

💡 The more detailed your brief, the closer the final images will align with your vision.

Once we have your brief:

  • Receive a Quote: This includes any additional services like model sourcing, hair, and makeup.

  • Secure Your Date: Pay a 50% deposit to lock in your session. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons.

  • Pre-Shoot Call: We’ll schedule a chat to finalise details like props, styling, and timelines, ensuring we’re aligned.

We’ll also send you a job sheet and contract so you know exactly what to expect.

On shoot day, your vision comes to life. Choose your preferred approval method for total confidence:

  • In-Studio Approval: Join us at the studio to review and approve images as they’re captured.

  • Virtual Photoshoot: Art-direct remotely via video call with live image previews.

  • Send & Shoot: Let us handle everything based on your brief. Post-shoot, you’ll receive a digital contact sheet for review.

If models are involved, we can handle all logistics (or you can, if preferred).

After the shoot, here’s how we ensure your images are perfect:

  1. Contact Sheet for Review: We collate and send over unedited images on a digital contact sheet for you to review and approve.

  2. Retouching: Once approved, we begin the retouching process, if requested.

  3. Final Touches: Your images are professionally polished to match your brand’s vision.

This ensures you’re fully happy with the results before the final delivery.

Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery! After you’ve received your final images:

  • Follow-Up Chat: We’ll check in to ensure everything meets your expectations.

  • Request for Review: If you’re happy, we’d love for you to share your experience with others!
